NUIN management sold 827,000 shares to Accretive Capitol Partners in private transactions increasing their ownership from 5.3% to 10.4%.
While at the same time lowering the CEO's ownership to under 50%.
The stock is down about a 1/3rd from the highs it made when it reported a very strong 3rd qtr of growth.
I expect full year results to be even better & along with the growing possibility of a going private buyout I believe NUIN is in a better position to reward than most other Chinese stocks.
