Completely agree that the SEC will do nothing about BRND.
There are dozens of scam stocks that are far worse and the SEC does nothing about it.
However I don't believe the Bad Boy Vodka scheme was just a deal that fell through.
It was a deliberate attempt to mislead the public and lure in investors to buy the stock.
The PR's were all vague enough to be technically legal while creating the illusion they had a Big Deal with Rodman.
I believe the real truth is that the only thing Premier Brands sells is shares of worthless stock to pay off convertible debt that has been issued to their partners in crime.
BRND is a SCAM
