I understand, however, you are mistaken if you think FF will lose. They will be compensated with enough shares regardless of the pps. FF and Riss have options as long as Laurus is eliminated. RS and perhaps a CH 11 wherein FF/Riss/Richards exit with no other debt and own the Co either public or private.
