p.s. This whole PR served to show me that I need to keep up better LOL, I had assumed all the patents NEOM needed to lock up this space were already in place. I wonder how much of this particular aspect was already baked into the price? Might explain why NEOM isn't at .50 already ;) Nice and easy does it.
