Perfect timing .. keeps there from being a gap up on the daily chart. Would prefer all NRs to be released during market hours. Hate those gaps ... well, not really, gap-filling=buying opp depending where on the chart it is LOL.

Or perhaps they were just notified and got the PR out as fast as they could.
