Think of running a Formula 1 or Nascar race.

JB is your best driver but you have experienced back up for him you have three sets of pit crew though who have to do fuel changes and tire changes as required.

When JB is racing with the best pit crew he is doing c 2700 when the is asleep but the back up experienced drivers and crew are running he is probably getting around 2000-2500

when he is driving but the crew is new they take a long time to change things - perhaps he jumps out of the car to help them and the most they can get is around 1700.

without JB driving a new crew not sure what they can do - 1500 perhaps?

Aim is to ge to that - every one can get 2000-2500 rate and then start boosting that.
