How do I know the note is not satisfied; the creditor is in constant touch with me, post my terminated consulting engagement. Since the creditor is my close friend; I am authorized, in writing, by the creditor to communicate such with you.

Judgment Day is rapidly approaching. IMO bankruptcy can result.

Do you think company plans to pay the defaulted debt, verified by court order, to the consultant and his friend via next round of toxic debt financing?

Certainly would make sense to start new year with a clean sweep. Cleans up old business, gets rid of criticism, and pays off the legitimate defaulted debt and unpaid wages.

Best for shareholders, company, consultant and his friends. Least expensive for company. And it is the correct ethical moral thing to do.
