True, they had no choice but to increase the A/S or go bankrupt. I'm pissed about how the Company hasn't released any news since last February. Not even a shareholder update. That is the reason why the PPS is in the toilet. If the CEO dilutes at these levels then he is even a bigger dipshit than I already thought.

All they did was increase the A/S, that doesn't mean they are planning on diluting down here at all. They were maxed out already and had no choice to increase it really.
