It is already happening. DILUTION is huge. From 380.5 Million OS Aug 22 10Q/A to 1.1 BILLION + Nov 19 10Q. Series B Common went from 40M to 130M same period.

OS 1.5 BILLION next Q or more? Toxic Financing. Huge Debt and NO REVENUES.
