Pretty easy to do when you run two sets of books, the real and the not real, just like any other reverse merger ChiScam. Blatant fraud in 2010 and it's amazing that he's been able to convince shareholders to turn a blind eye while breaking one promise after another. Ummmm ... hello .... McFly ..... HUGE red flag that's been waving for years. I can't wait for the day when this scam falls apart once and for all .... and it will ....
