Some people just don't like scams, just like how some people are sleazy shills for con men who impersonate lawyers, rip off immigrants, commit grand theft, burglary, solicitation...... The company is backed by sleaze and run by sleaze. They can't even get shares registered with the SEC they are so bad. They are right back to trying to push a form 10 through it is laughable as it gets.
