Yes, it appears that Mission has fallen on its sword, was seemingly defrauded by the geologist, Zivkovic, wherein he said the report would be 43-101 compliant upon time of contracting. Fraud can happen to anyone, perpetrated by even those with the very best credentials, e.g., Madoff, MF Global, Countrywide Financial [Mortgage]. As per Mission's latest release, Zivkovic was asked to make the report 43-101 compliant but he has thus far refused to.

Regardless, such does not detract from many of the Zivkovic conclusions, and the prior geological reports he references. I believe Wingett, and his fellow executives, are 100% able, honest and above board, simply victims of an unscrupulous geologist. Also, add in what would be the British Columbia Securities Commission disdain for such a resource rich AMERICAN mining property, not Canadian, as coloring their comments.
