Columbia Community Bank Changes Name to Premier Community Bank

HILLSBORO, OR--(Marketwired - Dec 4, 2013) - Columbia Commercial Bancorp (OTCBB: CLBC) announces that its subsidiary Columbia Community Bank has officially changed its name to Premier Community Bank.

"We're excited about this change. Our new name will help differentiate us from other financial institutions and businesses in the marketplace that use 'Columbia' as part of their name," said Rick A.
