The sad and near worthless merger announced yesterday? Which values Infusion Brands at only about $15 million total, even though they owed the convertible preferred holders something over $70 million as of June 30th?

That is clearly why the stock did nothing after the merger MOU was announced yesterday. Although the merger MOU is incomplete, and we have little idea of the current financial state of the Company as they intentionally are hiding it, the common shareholders may or may not receive anything in the merger. And, if it is something, it is unlikely to be much.
