Most importantly Merry Christmas to everyone.

Regarding this weeks events here is what has and what will transpire. All the other peripheral drama is for entertainment in my opinion

Carrie bought the co from Hargis without doing her homework. Not casting any opinion on that it is what it is. After she discovered things not disclosed to her nor the ability to get important docs to move forward it was evident she bit off more than she wanted or could afford or both.

This new mgt group BOUGHT ENTI. This is not a merger but rather the same mgt now running another pink co. Based on what's publicly available this group is experienced in restructuring companies. Translation is they are going to file a BK, basically to gut the debt, use those clean financials to get filings done so they can reverse it down. The history of their other pink co is quite scary but time will tell.

Once ENTI stock structure is reset who knows. I think they will then sell it
They will remodel ENTI and then sell it for more. Simple process.

Hopefully Carrie at least got her 10k back.
