Seren, If you have to ask that question, then it's not good. The mere notion that it could be true shows that this company is that far down and can not get up. For me it is very plausible that they cannot pay thier bills.

There is no income, only massive costs. Stock sales can't raise enough money at .0000/share. Do the math.
