Not a problem, and I completely agree. I think if they were to do one, it would be somewhere in the range of 1:2 - 1:5 depending on the current PPS, but no where near 1:20, 1:25 or even 1:50 that some people are shouting. Anything of that magnitude would make the OS too small to attract traders and institutions. I think a 1:10 is even quite high.

When the recent warrants get fully executed (+.10 for 20 consecutive days) and the OS is at roughly ~730 million, a 1:4 RS would put us at roughly ~180 shares outstanding which I personally think is close to ideal.

Time will tell all, so we'll just have to wait and see!
