I've been a shareholder in HSCO for three years and have come to the conclusion that it is a SCAM.
The website is just an empty template.
The "products" they claim to sell are Chinese LED's that can be purchased from many vendors.

And this part of the 10Q is worrisome;
Common stock, par value $0.000001, 6 billion shares
authorized, 2,300,238 and 3,883,456,257 shares issued
and outstanding as of June 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012,
respectively
