What is going on here is heavy dilution as Hedge Fund IsaacIronridge converts and sells as is in the last 10Q.
At this rate the OS next 10Q will be in the range of TWO BILLION with an AS of TEN BILLION.

VELA is deeply in debt.

Of course - as always - there was a nice little PUMP & DUMP in play because of yesterday's high volume.
