DEC 9TH Plasticon announced that the compagny successfully completed the privately financed and definitive agreement for the acquisition of ProMold. JAN 19TH Plasticon announced that the compagny has completed the acquisition of Semco. The audit covers the financial reporting and analysis of transactions,restructurings and stock repurchases.The reason why the audit takes a while longer is because their figures by the end of the 4TH qrt. will have to be included.Early march-in my opinion-is the earliest date for the audit. Patience
