From what I am understanding, the company is raising the a/s to meet the higher o/s (the higher o/s is a result of the illegal shares hitting the market).
If this is the case, it seems the company is letting the manipulation continue by raising the a/s time and time again. What would happen if the company did not raise the a/s each time they saw manipulation with an increasing o/s that exceeds the a/s? What is stopping the company from contacting the Nevada SOS and filing new documents to reduce the a/s to what it should be? If the 500mm shares are retired, file a new doc with Nevada lowering the a/s by 500mm. If the additional 250mm are retired, then file another doc reducing the a/s by 250mm.
It's time for the company to put up or shut up re: the share structure
