Malt66- with the short crisis brewing in BONU-

Malt66- I read your post and then the DD provided by cbStock67 and Stervc.

It's important to preface with the fact that news of several BONU distribution channels and national sales agreements and purchase order news has propelled BONU firmly over the past few sessions. Retail traders have fallen in love with BONU and her potential. There are countless reasons why.

I'm of the opinion that several catalysts are in play right now and investors need to hang on to their shares as every stop is going to get pulled with 2.5 sessions left to go before shorts need to get covered. Financials and news is expected shortly and any further confirmations to the readiness of national distribution of BioNeutral products across the US through myriad industries will set this pps souring into pennies. So what to make of this incredible amount of shares and potential short crisis?

THEORY:
Lets say we're correct and Southridge had their "put shares" contract called. On Dec 11th- Dec 13th- Southridge likely did everything they could to secure more shares- putting out various methods. They would have culminated their contract from the 13th-20th and then would likely have until the 31st to cover the shares.

With the reality that RETAIL blocks have DISCOVERED the unbelievable company POTENTIAL of BioNeutral - and decidedly purchased 250mil-300mil and quite likely has locked the float too. Dilution has also been stamped out for 3 sessions completely. That was expected as BONU confirmed this intention of stopping.

WITH THIS THEORY-- what is likely to happen? Why would BONU or Southridge ever want to hurt the new brand of RETAIL investors that BONU has attracted of recent? If they were to hurt their most important asset, the investors now- it may have a severe affect on future investor confidence. Lets take a look at potential scenarios:

1- Southridge may want the pps down for the next 2.5 days so they can cover- however, they most certainly will want this pps to skyrocket north so they can benefit as expected. They have tried to take this to trips with every basher strategy pulled. The best part for BONU- the company, products and marketing/production/distribution and sales are legit and that's very compelling. Retail keeps buying!

2- IF retail traders stay strong and hold onto their shares, while new retail investors loaded in at the .0012-.0014 level once again-- can lead to a potential mega short squeeze may occur as we turn into January. That's 3 sessions away. It's worth the wait to see how this will shake out.

3- Shorters, Southridge or other varying forces may end up deciding that the best move is to cover now at these current pps, rather than taking the risk waiting out the retail for the last two sessions which- based on what we all know here- may put their short position in even more danger.
At least this way, their strategy would be to cover now and then assist with propelling the market correction northward for BONU that much more.

It is my opinion, that in every scenario - the pps of BONU will significantly market correct northward. Everyone wants BONU to succeed. That is now becoming abundantly clear. How this will all play out- well...that worth this old man time and attention here on this very intriguing play. Great things lie ahead for sure.

All the best
M
