It never even crossed my mind that this hospital where Dr. Victor was working/teaching could possibly use its influence there to get the Korean patent fast tracked. That makes perfect sense to me, but I am curious about one thing in your post. When you wrote: "Korea needs this far more than most other countries." Why do you think that?
