It's quite obvious its a scam. These clowns don't have the cash to drill new wells which are very expensive to do. Your looking at over $1 million at least to drill three new wells. As for their "supposed" deal with Foxfire Leases and wanting to close it before the end of the year, well Foxfire sure as heck ain't going to give it to them for free as a Christmas gift, so they might as well use that letter of intent for fuel for a fire to stay warm, oh wait, it probably doesn't even exist.
