I understand using the companys stock as payment as capital. But when the stock is worthless, we have a problem. And can me and you agree that as of right now, based on current earnings and assets (and not potential earnings because those dont exist as of right now) that this company's stock is virtually worthless? So they are exchanging worthless paper for legitimate companies? hmmm. OK if you say so...

What puzzles me the most now after reading your email, is you of 20 years experience with pennies, how you can possibly tell me that this doesnt follow the classic pump and dump scheme that we see everyday in the otc and pinks?
