It will get to 250 MM shares, just not until we're over 40 cents or so. You have to factor in the convertibles and warrants. See the recent S-1's for more info. My best estimate for the O/S as of Dec 18th is 146,806,928 shares

As of December 18, 2013, we have a total of 232,937,563 shares of common stock issued and outstanding, which assumes the conversion of 100 shares of Series A Preferred Stock, convertible at any time into 100 shares of common stock, and 14,750,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock, convertible into 79,418,802 shares of common stock, and warrants convertible into 6,711,733 shares of common stock.
