My thinking is over the past year someone or several are in the process of making a move.It might be a breakup or all out buyout.

Whomever it is appears to hold over half most likely alot more of the float so all that is left is the preferred,debt which my thinking is they been negotiating an Evli was hired for multi reasons.Total value,part value and to show damages regarding ligation.

My orginal thinking Chain left to prove damages.Now I beleive since he had no control really nill invested the ones in control forced the issue.

He want be left in the cold cause if anything every goes into commercial production I think he's covered himself lessons learned from his father.

It could have been for alot of reason but its sure is not any dispute between the past CEO and the company past or present.

I find it hard to beleive we got less then 318 million O/S and (2) ongoing trials by big pharma and we not in pennies.
