Did anyone else check out the earlier post that had the Fails to deliver report on it? Someone else posted it, I, being relatively new to such matters, don not fully comprehend the import of the report. I think it shows that some Short Sellers could not cover....it take this to be a good thing that should be a deterrant to the Naked Short Sellers, am I wrong? I also wonder what the impact of a failure to deliver is on a person that bought shares from someone that sold short and could not deliver...does the investor not get his shares? does he get his money back?
