Weber is the only one who can issue shares and increase the o/s so are you telling me every time it goes up it's NOT webers doing? Doesn't take a financial wizard to see dilution is happening as being reflected in the share price and continued increase in shares outstanding. When he runs out he will simply increase the a/s and it all begins again....
