yes, this company is acquiring other App and Cloud comapnies to increase their intellectual and trademark portfolio. Just google cloud security and you will see how importntant this cyber security division is growing...Target is one example of this in recent news. CLDS has a program which will keep track of any intrusions into the cloud and i believe it is the only one out there, with this capability.
