I'm not sure I understand all the confusion concerning the outstanding share count. Their web site clearly states there are 1,923,792,434 common shares issued, plus 690,000,000 preferred shares issued. This information is available to anyone who visits their site. Wouldn't it be interesting to know the terms of those preferred shares? We can certainly assume those terms are not favorable to common share holders.
