The deals are being made... Just not announced to the public yet... It was said they are working through the last details to make sure the deals were strucutred to gain the most profit... Once the contracts are public they said that basically all deals would nee to be structured similar with small tweaks for different growers... Basically if you give one grower some deal an its good others are going to want it... Therefore they want to make sure everything is structured the best it can be before releasing public news.
