The Bureau of Prisons Con Air contractors sometimes use jets (mostly old 727s and DC-8s and -9s or MD-80s) and turboprops (the Dash-8 is popular). Randy will get a free flight to and from El Reno, Oklahoma when he is in-processed into the Federal prison system. He'll be held over in FCI-El Reno transit cells (where ALL prisoners are treated as medium/maximum security while they are there) for a month or so until they transfer him into an assigned FCI when they have a bunk available. El Reno sucks balls for inmates. Randy will no-likey.
But the Con Air flights are FREE! And technically they are private jets. Privately owned by the contractors and under private contracts and not available for use in public transportation commerce as a common carrier.
