This is only stated and not confirmed. Can someone, anyone tell me how and by what process this can happen?
After studying several scenarios of getting to this, as I've already stated the 3 options available, one or two of these HAS to happen. One of them is negative for everyone involved from the company down to each share holder.
This scenario must be attended to and focused on. As long as people keep posting the same news over and over and over again won't help or solve this dilemma. I for one do not want to get caught with my pants down and my jaw on the floor. I have the highest respect for what SG actions and words have meant, true and faithful. As my Dad used to say, this is where the tires meet the pavement. So we can ignore it, keep flapping our wings with our head in the sand, or we can openly speculate about it and draw some attention to it.
So... buyback, share structuring, or....
