Nice new SIMON & EDWARD site, Wonder if APWR is still using them..

All that was ever said was that they APWR told them they decided they weren't ready to file. Some Prosecutor made the statement that they resigned which caused the SEC to claim that APWR didn't notify shareholders with a 6k, but Judge finally ruled they didn't have to..

Did they really Resign..??

SO was the work ever done on 2010 report or was it completed and they held off on filing until other things were right in the world..

Did Simon quit or were they just temporarily put on hold...


Who knows.. ???
