READ the filings again......on the conversion issues of the Beaufort "escrow" or otherwise known as "reserve" account on teh conversion features.

Here's the BIG problem now....the underlying derivatives suggest that the Company has NO choice but to either raise the A/S or do a R/S....

Look I was VERY long here, still have a few shares left...I got burned. After reading the 10 K and watching the "tape" after "good news" and seeing the stock drop by 50 percent.....NOT GOOD.

Stocks don't usually lie.
