Do you follow oil stocks??? I got a penny stock that is loaded with cash, sells at 1x ebidta and is pumping 6300 barrels of oil a day...It;s called Petroamerica.. Ticker is PTAXF,, is selling for 31.5 cents.. I would like you to take a look at it and tell me what you think.. It is in Columbia, but I hear the government is quite stable and business friendly.. If the government bonds is any indication, they have a low interest rate under 4% .. Puerto Rico is close to 14%as an example, It looks like an over looked situation...
