for the record the filmrookie deal was cut by thomas hargis of enti and andrew muzzi of eurotech. that has been confirmed by carrie herself on the site and in emails. again hargis tries to deflect that fact

also for those who want answers to the enti-ptel divvy should contact chris dobbins the attorney at PST. he can explain how the divvy can be converted to common shares.

i have read the hopeful ones who post about BK on here-if she files BK current shareholders are pretty much DOA.

there are other ways out of this mess but for some reason she chooses the easy route.

who pays 10K for a co and then files BK? someone who was tricked by previous CEO or someone that is not very business smart?

or both?

Somehow I just dont think thisa kind of communication and transparency came from thomas to carrie

carrie, listen the co is way over its head in debt, we cant collect on filmrookie, and most likely should file BK-so I will take 10K for it and let you have control

or carrie I have collection lawyers who said they will collect all the filmrookie money, debts arent too bad all you have to do is get the money and RS and success is yours for only 10K
