Actually, the FF conversions have been right at market and I don't look at them as I would an Asher et al. This could certainly signal an end to the short term CD loans. Also, if the Riss info was correct in response to Baz's email, it appears as if Riss is contributing by deferral his salary to help the cash flow as well as his 5m share purchase last week. I doubt he would be doing this if he did not see an end in sight to the cash flow problems. Also, it would be prudent for Riss to validate the Panomark re transparency for shareholders as well as assuring investors that there will not be a split.
