There is no PR or 8K stating news would be released yesterday (20 Dec). It stated the acquisition with green day was expected to be completed on or before 20 Dec. they have 4 business days to release an 8k reporting any material event affecting the company. Furthermore, on 19 Dec, an 8k/a was released stating they made changes to the share exchange transaction with green day and expected to close that agreement within 10 days of that agreement change.

Many people want to establish a firm date for a PR based on an announced date of a projected event, then when that PR doesn't come out on the date everyone thinks it should, they start crying. Patients is key!!
