Maybe, but the share structure is a concern. Future dilution is a concern. Getting favorable financing terms is a concern. A potential reverse split is a concern. Mgmt should try other methods to get the share structure in a more favorable position like cancelling shares, buying back shares or getting rid of unprofitable businesses. When other companies do that their stock soars. This stock is only at .0005. It is no reason to celebrate just yet. Mgt needs to reduce the share structure without a reverse split and put out a press release reassuring shareholders. Until that happens I will be watching from the sidelines.
