d4diddy, no, there were 3 classes of shares: 33,500,000 Class A Common Stock, 500,000 Class B stock and 6,000,000 Preferred stock. I understand that 3 million of the preferred stock was converted in Class A common stock at the time of the last shareholders meeting in 2004, to increase the employee stock option shares from 7 million to 10 million.
