You aren't going to get me defending the lack of the launch. Just the opposite. Every single day we this isn't generating sales is another day lost. There is no excuse for the delay.

If he has real complaints he should bring them up on the Saturday calls (I have...many times) or call Lenny and try get the answers he wants.
