don' see how it benefits anyone that the PPS is this low...can you tell me in light of the conversion agreement posted, who stands to gain from this low share price...the company? the note holders, they would get more free trading common shares wouldn't they, or are they looking to get the cash back from the restricted shares they were issued as noteholders? I am confused about all this.
