I think I can see the CEO in that blue pickup parked in the street. The guy is in some high-level negotiations on a $10 cell phone, but his reception is bad. He is trying to keep his used pickup from being confiscated and repo'd by the Lizard Lick crew. He is smoking an invisible e-cig, and wearing about a hundred woody patches - they seem to be stuck all over his body, face, hands, etc. Not sure, tough to see from that photo.
