The SEC was watching a pumper that began promoting the company. As the SEC is cracking down on certain prdomoters because they release fake press releases about a company, this company got caught in the cross fire. They were suspended for ten days and subsequently regulated to the grey market. This also explains the massive downward sprial in the pps.
