I'm not saying that it's right, I'm saying that I truly have no other option. It costs at least $80 a month to get HBO because you have to buy a cable package also. Sorry, but I'm not going to pay that much when all I want to watch is HBO. When HBO decides to give me the option to buy HBO I will. I am a netflix and hulu plus subscriber, so I have no problem paying for on-demand content. It's HBO's poor execution and business model that makes it literally impossible to purchase HBO as a stand-alone product.

Cable TV is horrible nothing but commercials and garbage.
No History on History Channel
No music on MTV and VH1
No Learning on the Learning Channel
No News on Fox and CNN

The only good content is on networks like NBC, CBS, ABC which you can get with bunny ears...
Or, AMC, SYFY and the like which release everything on Netflix.

NTEK is here to save the day by bringing something new like Vodwiz.

Then the giants like Apple will swoop in by opening the AppleTV to developers, and then I can download the AMC, NBC, HBO, etc... apps and either pay a monthly fee, per episode fee, or view all the content ad supported. I will watch what I want, when I want and pay for only that. Apple has the money and lawyers to make this happen, by knocking the legacy old farts that run the networks and cable companies to wake up to the future... Just like they did in the music industry with iTunes and iTunes match. This will then open the floodgates for android devices to have the same technology.

I'm as sure of that as I am in my position in NTEK.

NTEK is one of the first using an open platform, upstaging Roku with 4k, while including gaming and the full Android capabilities.

Apple WILL come in and do up the existing technology like they do with almost every product they have ever launched, and just like what happened with the iPhone vs samsung ,and iOS vs android you will see with Nanotech/android vs appleTV/ios.

Competition is great and Nanotech has been quoted embracing it from the start. I remember hearing this sort of talk in the shareholders meeting, if I'm not mistaken.

Yo, this is awesome. Next year we will finally see the masses unplug that stupid coaxial cable with it's blurry a$$ super compressed signal that they are paying way too much money for and "plug" into some awesome wifi delivered UHD content.

I hope that answers why I use someone else's log-in for HBO GO. Sorry for the rant...
