Your problem - as a dedicated AMD fanboy - is that you absolutely refuse to see the truth.
And the truth is that AMD promised you fan boys a SMALLER DIE - LOWER POWER - and HIGHER SPEED - with SOI.
And the LIED.
ANd youignore their LIES.
AMD delivered a fat, hot pig - 193 sq. mm die, 1.6 GHz deliverable Speed (all the benchmarks were done with NON-DELEIVERABLE 1.8 GHz Samples) - and TOASTY 85 watts - 40% higher than an equivalent Athlon XP at that speed.
You are entitled to ignore lies from AMD - which you choose to do so.
