Biozone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Biozone Pharma), formerly International Surf Resorts, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary, BioZone Laboratories, Inc., which primarily is engaged in the business of developing and manufacturing over the counter (OTC) drug products and cosmetic and beauty products on behalf of third parties. In December 2011, it transferred its 55% ownership in ISR de Mexico, S. R.L. de C. V.
