This ticker doesn't react like others do with news that is fact. They are trying to get you to give them your cheapies because they are hard to come by. This isn't like most penny stocks its a buy and hold. Acquisitions are great but we are waiting for news on debt being paid off patents and dividends. That's why you need to buy at these levels.
